忘年会のシーズンですが、皆さんいかがお過ごしでしょうか？
宮崎にあります私たちの工場でも、忘年会が開催され、私もtamaチャンと一緒に参加してまいりました。
工場視察の模様を、少しだけご紹介します！

Now in Japan is a year-end party,how do you spend it?
TOOT's factory also have a year-end party in MIYAZAKI and Tama-chan and I join it and glad introduce our factory.
各位午安，我是生產部門的Y.I。
最近屬於日本的尾牙（忘年會）旺季，各餐廳應該每天都是滿滿的。
不知道各位帥帥們曾經歷過日本忘年會嗎？
我與助理的Tama一起參加了今年TOOT工廠的忘年會。
並順便介紹一下TOOT的工廠給各位帥帥們。
この方も、まだまだ健在です。
まずは、いつもプリントをお願いしている工場さんへ伺いました。

這位仁兄是宮崎縣知事（縣長）的卡通代表人偶唷！
首先，先拜訪與TOOT有合作關係且一直都請他們幫忙的印刷工廠。

ちょうど今、１月発売の商品を加工中でした。
台に張り付けられ、固定されています。
台の下には、過去のプリント版が保管されています。
Now they are working the new collection of Jan.2011.
Stick and settle it on the table and there have many pasted plates under the table.
去的時候剛好遇到他們正在印製1月的新款。
先將欲印刷的部份平鋪在作業台上，並將其固定。
另外可以看到作業台下有許多的版，那也是TOOT歷代使用過的設計。
１枚１枚手作業でプリントされるんです！
２度、３度プリントを重ねますが、
台に固定されているので、ピッタリずれることなくプリントがされるのです。
インクの厚みや乗り具合も職人さんの手加減でいつも均一になっています。
The work is by hand made and one by one.
One design will be 2 or 3 times for print.
Because it was settle on the table that can print the design for smooth and not have any problem.
全手工並且非常細心與精確的印製每一件，
每件都會經過2或3次的印刷過程並使其重疊，但也不會因為手工而造成顏料過剩或是不一致。
因為每一件都會被固定在於作業台上，且透過熟練的印刷職人由他拿捏力道及顏料的多寡，使印刷過後的每一件不會有任何問題發生。

有木框與鋁框，似乎好像有所區別在使用的樣子。
プリントすると、こんな感じです。
こちらも１月発売の商品ですね！
プリントされた生地は、TOOTの縫製工場にて、パターン通りプリントされているか、
縮みなどないか、１枚１枚チェックした後に縫製へまわります。
