先週末はいかがお過ごしたでしょうか？
土曜日はいい天気だったのに、急に日曜日から雨を降り始めました。
先週末は僕が友達とミュージカル「ドリームガールズ」を見に行きました。
内容はもうご存知だと思いますので、内容の紹介は省略させて頂きます。
役舞台全面をおおうLEDパネルから放たれるハイテクの光の波に、惜しげもなく次々と替わる
モードコンシャスなコスチューム＆ウィッグ。
そして劇半ばだというのにスタンディング・オベーションが起きてしまう、超ド級の歌唱力と
表現力を持つ俳優たち･･････。
2009年11月にハーレムのアポロシアターで開幕した新生『ドリームガールズ』は、聞きしにまさる迫力と完成度の高さで、観る者から言葉を奪ってしまう。トニー賞を6部門で受賞しロングラン・ヒットした’81年初演のブロードウェイ版はいまや伝説だし、ジェニファー・ハドソンというオスカー女優を生んだ’06年公開の映画版だって、記憶に新しい。なのにまるでそれらに見劣りしないどころか、しっかり両者のいいとこ取りをして、極上の「夢物語」を創り上げてしまっている。
6月5日まで渋谷のBunkamuraオーチャードホールにて上演中なので、

How did you spend it at the end of last week?
